I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I obtained by Associates degree in Nursing at Penn Valley College in Kansas City Missouri in 2001. I completed my Masters of Science in Psychiatric nursing in 2020. I have 23 years of nursing experience in a variety of areas, both medical and neuro-psychiatry. I have experience with young adults to geriatric populations.

Taking the first step is hard — my job is to make it easier. I provide supportive, personalized medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I help men navigate the pressures of high-demand careers and the challenges that can impact their relationships and personal lives. I am a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in AZ and also WA state.

I have been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 13 years and have practiced in multiple areas. I have 3 years of MAT experience and am board-certified as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have always had a special interest in mental health and psychology. I can relate to people and listen to their concerns in a very empathetic manner.

Shireen has over 25 years of experience working in mental health and substance abuse, both in community behavioral health and in private practice settings. She has two Master's degrees - one in Professional Counseling and the other in HR, with a specialization in Substance Abuse. Shireen holds two independent licenses (LPC, LISAC) with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families from many diverse backgrounds and cultures.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, holding a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
