I have many years of experience in the counseling field and care deeply for every patient. I have training in Trauma and PTSD as well as OCD. I have experience with crises work and Dealing with Addiction and sexual behaviors. I deal a lot with issues around esteem and depression and anxiety.

I have my MA in Counseling from Kean University in NJ. I started my career in 2007 as a tech and in 2023 I opened my private practice. My focus is working with trauma and co-occurring symptoms. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. My professional journey as a counselor has allowed me to sit with various individuals. My unique experiences have inspired me to create a therapy space that welcomes creativity, cultivates collaboration, and pursues authenticity.

I’m passionate about helping clients regain balance, hope, and joy in their lives. I specialize in eating disorders and co-occurring concerns, as well as trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges. I’ve worked with clients of all ages across intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient settings, and I bring that depth of experience into my work with each person I support.

I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner. I graduated with my Family NP at Grand Canyon University in 2018.I graduated with my post-graduate cert as a Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University in 2022.I am constantly looking forward to continue my education to better serve my patients and to ensure that I am up-to-date with the latest advances in the fields of medicine and psychiatry.You will be treated with holistic care that combines traditional and alternative medicine.
