I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner. I graduated with my Family NP at Grand Canyon University in 2018.I graduated with my post-graduate cert as a Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University in 2022.I am constantly looking forward to continue my education to better serve my patients and to ensure that I am up-to-date with the latest advances in the fields of medicine and psychiatry.You will be treated with holistic care that combines traditional and alternative medicine.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I help men navigate the pressures of high-demand careers and the challenges that can impact their relationships and personal lives. I specialize in helping men who struggle with pornography and sex addiction, as well as the shame, secrecy, and relationship pain that often accompany these behaviors. Together, we'll identify the underlying issues driving these patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, rebuild trust and connection, and develop practical tools to help you live with greater integrity, purpose, and confidence.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, holding a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. My approach is grounded in building a collaborative and relational connection, ensuring that each client feels heard, supported, and safe throughout their journey.

I have worked with a variety of individuals over the last 9+ years. I work well with anyone facing life’s struggles, either caused by substance use issues as well as those managing depression and anxiety. I work with varying ages and backgrounds: people with criminal justice involvement, adolescents, and also clients new to therapy. My focus is to plant a seed of hope and possibility; I desire to help nurture new growth in all my clients!

I’m passionate about helping clients regain balance, hope, and joy in their lives. I specialize in eating disorders and co-occurring concerns, as well as trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges. I’ve worked with clients of all ages across intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient settings, and I bring that depth of experience into my work with each person I support.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. My professional journey as a counselor has allowed me to sit with various individuals. My unique experiences have inspired me to create a therapy space that welcomes creativity, cultivates collaboration, and pursues authenticity.
