I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in care across the lifespan treating clients with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD and sleep disorders. I am committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I am a proud veteran.

I have been in the mental health field for almost 10 years. I spent two years as a case manager for kids 6-17. I completed my internship and practicum at a rehab facility that worked with everything from trauma, substance use, and mood disorders. I work in the prison system for three years, two of which I was a substance abuse counselor. I have been running my own practice for just over two years now. I have a lot of experience working with a wide range of clients.

I'm Rachael Colley, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on psychiatric medication management with a practical, skills-based approach. My path ran through teaching and nursing before prescribing, so explaining things in plain language comes naturally, and I care about what works in your real life, not just what looks good on paper.

Who I work with I see adults, teens, and children, with particular depth in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and binge eating disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and have a strong interest in supporting people navigating a late diagnosis, both the relief of finally having answers and the practical work of figuring out what comes next.

I am licensed to provide counseling by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I obtained by Associates degree in Nursing at Penn Valley College in Kansas City Missouri in 2001. I completed my Masters of Science in Psychiatric nursing in 2020. I have 23 years of nursing experience in a variety of areas, both medical and neuro-psychiatry. I have experience with young adults to geriatric populations.
