I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring over 11 years of hands-on experience working alongside first responders and providing crisis intervention in hospital settings, including conducting evaluations in inpatient care. For the past five years, I’ve also successfully managed my own private practice, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both acute and ongoing mental health support. As a former athlete, I understand discipline, resilience, and the importance of mindset, and I’m passionate about helping people tap into their inner strength to find peace, balance, and success in their lives.

With a nursing career spanning since 2008, I have dedicated over 15 years to understanding the complexities of patient care. After earning my Master’s Degree in 2021, I transitioned into advanced psychiatric practice in 2022. Having served in both fast-paced inpatient units and collaborative outpatient clinics, I offer a well-rounded perspective on mental health. My background allows me to blend clinical expertise with a deeply rooted compassion for the human experience.

I’m Monika Delyser, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, culturally sensitive care for adults experiencing burnout, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and sleep challenges.

I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and high-functioning adults who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, and focus challenges. Many of my clients appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward their goals.
