I am a licensed mental health counselor. I work adult clients in private practice setting
Hello. My name is Julie and I am a licensed mental health counselor. In addition to working in WA state in a clinic setting, I have spent five years in Singapore working as a social/emotional counselor in a large international high school. In that role, I supported students and families from over 75 countries in the world. That helps me to view counseling from an inclusive and culturally sensitive space. I now make my home in the beautiful PNW and am excited to ground my practice here.
I offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers! I specialize in neurodevelopmental conditions (like autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), and executive functioning skills- focusing, managing emotions, problem solving, and more. I also love working with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, existential crises, and life transitions!
I have ten years of experience in mental healthcare, and have an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University.
You are welcome to message me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation! Otherwise, you can use this calendar to schedule an intake session with me.

He treats children from 6 years old through adulthood, focusing on psychiatric medication management. He specializes in mental health and has extensive experience in the field of psychiatry. Dr. Padilla takes a “start low and go slow” approach to prescribing, paying special attention to medication potency and potential interactions with other medications prescribed by other providers. Dr. Padilla earned his Doctorate in Clinical Practice Nursing from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. He also holds bachelor’s degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and the University of Miami, as well as an associate’s degree from Bergen Community College.
Thank you for stopping by. I'm a licensed therapist and have been actively working with clients for the past 23 years. Iv had the pleasure and experience and have worked with most MH disorders/significant life affecting events and across all age groups. My passion is to be authentically present while facilitating a search for meaning of past/present events. I believe self love is essential therefor self esteem development is fostered.
I’m from the PNW like sunshine, summer bbq, chasing waterfalls, mariners games and growing my garden and winter seasons. I love a good novella good food and family time.
I am a highly experienced mental health professional with over 31 years of practice in diagnosing and prescribing medication for depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and attention deficits. My primary focus is on stabilizing your mood and helping you achieve a better quality of life.
I enjoy learning about ways we can change and understand our human existence. We are thinking, feeling and doing beings. Cognitive behavioral therapy provides a framework to identify ways to do it differently and better. Trauma treatment modalities like EMDR may support processing neurological and physiological reactions and being able to feel secure and safe while staying connected to others more fully. Our story is just that; we write it and edit it. We get to choose the chapters and path of our lives, through the unknowns, mysteries and celebrations.
Hi, I’m Nicole! Therapy with me is about real conversations, practical tools, and accountability. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m down-to-earth, supportive, and won’t let them slide. I bring a diverse background of both life and professional experience, allowing me to see multiple perspectives and help you navigate complex relationship dynamics. Please note, we aren’t offering couples’ sessions at this time.

I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and working toward meaningful goals.
