Hi, I’m Nicole! Therapy with me is about real conversations, practical tools, and accountability. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m down-to-earth, supportive, and won’t let them slide. I bring a diverse background of both life and professional experience, allowing me to see multiple perspectives and help you navigate complex relationship dynamics. Please note, we aren’t offering couples’ sessions at this time.
With over a decade of experience, I offer tailored therapy for diverse challenges: Disruptive Behavior, Parental Stress, LGBTQIA Support, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Relationships, Grief, Life Transitions, BIPOC Concerns, and Personal Growth. I use a holistic approach integrating Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, and Behavior Therapy. Let's work towards healing and growth together!
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual online therapy in English and Spanish to young adults and adults throughout Washington State. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
Before entering private practice, I worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center and held a faculty appointment in Columbia University’s Department of Psychiatry. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I am a doctorate-prepared dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with a holistic approach to healthcare, specializing in family and mental health. Passionate about helping others, I provide compassionate, solution-focused care tailored to each patient’s needs. I treat childhood and adult ADHD, offering care through medical record transfer or initiating treatment for new diagnoses with non-stimulant trials. My goal is to deliver comprehensive care that empowers patients to achieve optimal well-being.
I have worked in the field of social services for over 31 years. I have experience working with adult survivors of child abuse, child neglect, domestic violence, commercial exploitation, and rape. I have experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, divorce, family separation, and caretaker fatigue. I also have experience working with adults dealing with significant life/career changes, and those dealing with crisis situations.
I'm Anabel, a clinical social worker and certified trauma therapist in Texas and Washington, working with adults with high-functioning anxiety and PTSD who are quietly drowning. I've spent years studying the specific kind of exhaustion that comes from being the one everyone else relies on, and I work with people who are really good at holding it all together, until they're not.
I've been drawn to this work for longer than I've had the credentials for it. I started in therapeutic riding programs, became a crisis counselor, coordinated TMS treatment, and worked in military trauma research and a psychiatric hospital's military unit. Every stop taught me the same thing: the people who seem to be coping best are often carrying the most.
Outside the office, I'm a wife and stepmom controlling the chaos two rescue dogs bring to my household, trying to snag some peace and quiet with a cup of coffee and a good book. When people talk about me, I don't want them to label my success by my achievements or job, but by the number of lives I touch.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work, and I bring both clinical expertise and real life understanding into the therapy space. My professional background includes years of direct clinical practice as well as leadership roles in complex, high stress systems, including serving as a Mental Health Director. These experiences have shaped my ability to support individuals who are navigating pressure, responsibility, and emotional overwhelm while still being expected to function at a high level.
I work best with clients who are strong on the outside but struggling internally. Many of the people I support are women, mothers, professionals, caregivers, and helpers who are used to showing up for others while neglecting their own emotional needs. I have a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, identity concerns, and trauma related to past or ongoing stressors.
Therapy with me is not about having all the answers. It is about learning how to trust yourself, set healthy boundaries, and show up for your life with more compassion and confidence.
Hello, I am a fierce advocate for my patients. My goal is to improve your functioning, thoughts, and enhance self-acceptance and self-love. I listen and together with my patients create a solution-focused treatment plan aimed at enhancing your strengths and reducing your symptoms. I have over a decade of skilled bedside nursing in critical care, hospice, and ICU. My passion is empowering and uplifting others to reach their full quality of life .
