Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying more than anyone else realizes. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, parenting stress, trauma, or simply trying to navigate a difficult season of life, you don't have to face it alone. For more than 28 years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life's challenges, first through education and counseling-related support, and now as a therapist. I work with children ages 6 and older, adolescents, adults, and seniors, helping each person build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop the confidence and skills needed to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I earned my bachelor's in Psychology at Smith College and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rowan University. I believe in tailoring my clients' experience to their likes and needs. I enjoy creative therapy, ACT, manifestations, physical activity, CBT, and strength-based approaches to help individuals reach their full potential.
I am a wife and mother and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy using creative outlets to help make therapy a fully integrated experience.
