Hello, I’m Judith Nyabuti, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Wholesome Mind Psychiatry and Wellness Clinic. I help adults navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood changes through personalized medication management and brief supportive therapy.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to understand your symptoms, daily life, strengths, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that feels manageable and meaningful to you. Together, we’ll discuss your options, address your questions, and monitor your progress.
I believe you deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and move toward greater stability and well-being.
Hi there, I'm Juan Pablo.
I am a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist, committed to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and inner harmony. With a deep passion for mental health, I have cultivated a wealth of experience in providing empathetic and evidence-based therapeutic support to my clients. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can openly process your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without feeling rushed or criticized. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique story and lived experience.
My style is warm, relational, and conversational while still grounded in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand emotional patterns, increase self-awareness, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I value creating a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic and empowering, where clients can feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and moving at a pace that feels manageable for them.
I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Together, we focus on creating meaningful and sustainable change while also making space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
I'm a retired U.S. Army veteran with more than 30 years of experience supporting others through life's challenges. Over 26 of those years were spent walking alongside troops — listening, guiding, and helping them navigate the weight of service. That experience clarified my path, and in 2015 I became a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Whether or not it's my calling, I know this: I'm good at what I do, and I care deeply about the people I work with. My approach reflects the things I love most in life, including a strong belief in the healing power of animals. I've seen firsthand how they meet needs we don't always recognize we have — offering comfort, connection, and a kind of understanding that words sometimes can't reach.
I listen and we learn to judge the behaviors in relation to your goals and ideal self. I approach our initial sessions with structure to allow for clarifying your goals. Once we have a sense of direction, we suspend judgement, and learn to explore your wants, fears, and desires in life. I bring in a calm and humorous approach to allow for different perspectives to emerge with the intent to find out our strengths and deficits to continue learning and discover yourself

When surviving isn't enough anymore.
Life can get complicated, painful, and downright exhausting. Sometimes the things you've survived become the very things keeping you stuck. You may be functioning, showing up for everyone else, and doing what needs to be done, but somewhere along the way, you've lost sight of yourself.
I'm Sandy Crisp, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and nationally certified trauma specialist. I bring more than 20 years of professional experience helping people navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic illness, disability, grief, and major life changes.
I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you're struggling with something that happened years ago or trying to make sense of what's happening right now, we'll work on understanding the patterns, emotions, and experiences affecting your life.
You don't need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what's wrong. We can figure that out together.
Your 20’s can come with a lot of pressure. Trying to figuring out who you are, where you’re headed, and why it feels like everyone else has it together. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and low self-confidence. If you are struggling in relationships, feeling stuck in your career, or simply feeling “behind,” I help you better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and feel more confident moving forward.
