As a licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist, my relationship with my client is the most important aspect of the process. I strive for connection and a collaborative spirit. It is always my goal to help the client with their unique and special needs. Whether someone struggles with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, or general relational issues, I want to develop a plan with them that will be customized to their needs, and specific to what their desired outcome is.
Recognizing the need for growth and change can feel intimidating, but taking that first step toward therapy shows courage and a willingness to invest in yourself. I create a warm, supportive space where clients can safely explore past and present experiences. Together, we work to understand patterns, emotions, and challenges that may be holding you back.
