Hello and welcome! While maintaining an eclectic approach, my purpose is to provide you with a collaborative partnership in which you control the direction of
therapy. I serve to provide a non-judgmental approach toward presenting issues and with the
collaborative effort help identify goals that would translate to facilitative action outside of the clinic
through various treatment options.

I help clients regain their sense of power, purpose, and passion in every aspect of their lives. I believe each one of us have been given the ability to transform our lives to where we are not just living, we are thriving! I hope to help clients by connecting them to what they truly want out of their relationships, starting with how they see and relate to self.
I have been a Social Worker for 30 years! That's crazy for me to think about because I am not THAT old......and I have learned a lot (about myself) along the way. I have learned that I do like to talk to people more than I let on. I have learned that I can be very patient listener and I give good feedback. And, I have learned that, at some point, we all have to make changes in our lives and that can be scary. I have also learned it's not as scary when we talk about it out loud........just saying.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of clinical and administrative experience, and I provide therapy to clients in South Carolina via telehealth. My background includes more than a decade working within the Veterans Healthcare System, along with experience in private practice, correctional settings, and community-based care. I’ve worked in outpatient addiction recovery, domestic violence and rape crisis centers, and social service agencies, supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds. I bring a compassionate, experienced, and practical approach, grounded in evidence-based therapy.
Maybe you've been carrying something for a while, and it's starting to feel heavier than you can manage on your own. It might be your drinking, your relationship with food, or something from your past that still shows up in your everyday life. I work with adults facing substance use, disordered eating, and trauma, along with the anxiety, depression, and grief that often come with them. If part of you wants things to change and part of you isn't sure, that's a very common place to start. You don't need to have it all sorted out before reaching out. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 4 years of experience and a degree from Liberty University.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from the University of South Carolina and over 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions—and I'm passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges that feel overwhelming.
