Hi, I am licensed to provide both mental health and addiction counseling in NC with 20 years of experience. I am trained in best practice modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, MI, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy which I utilize to assist my clients gain insight into their struggles, learn to modulate emotions, practice healthy coping skills to manage symptoms, problem solve challenges and manifest in sustaining healthy lifestyles. Additionally, my lived experience as a first generation South Asian immigrant, a working parent who has processed her own life transitions and stuck points to seek meaningful growth, is a part of my authentic approach in counseling where I seek to empower and guide my clients in their healing journey.
