I went back to school at age 40 to get my Master's in Social Work, which I received in 2019. I had been working in the behavioral health field for 6 years up to that point as a health navigator for a behavioral health outpatient clinic. During therapy, I help clients to process things from the past that are keeping them stuck related to their relationships with themselves and others. I utilize EMDR, CBT, ERP, and an attachment based approach and enjoy working with clients who have experienced any sort of trauma, would like to improve their relationships and communication skills, experience obsessions and compulsions, and more. My practice is called Warm Glow Therapy, which was named after a client's idea of a supportive resource. Despite the name, I am a down to earth person and therapist. I would love to help you create a plan for a better future! I am licensed to provide therapy for clients in New Mexico and Arizona. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions you would like me to answer. New clients can schedule an initial intake or a brief consultation to discuss whether we would be a good fit.
My specialty & love are helping individuals at transition points of their lives, with a focus from Adolescence to Mid-life and beyond. These are times of dealing with many changes in one's life. These changes may include family, friends, and your role in community. This is also a time when we are surrounded with "Transition Myths" i.e.; How we should be feeling, acting and thinking. Some of these are Memory Loss, Depression, Physical Fitness, Sexuality. My goals are to educate and separate myth from fact while helping YOU ease life's transitions so YOU can continue YOUR life with new hopes, dreams, respect and dignity.
I work with teens (13+) and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder, sexual addiction, and gender identity exploration. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of your next steps, or just need a space where you can be yourself, you’re not alone.
It is essential to me to build a strong therapeutic alliance so you feel safe, comfortable, and supported in your healing. I encourage my clients to be advocates for their own well-being, and I see therapy as a space where you can begin to reconnect with your purpose and move toward the life you want.
I am a faith-based clinician, and I believe therapy can be especially powerful when we integrate the spiritual aspect with evidence-based practices, if that’s something that feels meaningful to you.
I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety. depression, trauma, and disconnect in their relationships. I am a trauma focused clinician and work to meet clients where they are in their mental health journey.
I am a licensed mental health therapist with a background in social work. I have a master's in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I have experience working in outpatient therapy and medical settings, which has shaped my grounded and integrative approach to care. I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, professional stress, grief, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I also support individuals experiencing self-doubt, boundary concerns, emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics that leave them feeling unseen or unheard.
Hi there! I'm licensed in Florida (LMHC) and New Mexico (LPCC). I primarily see adults or college students presenting with trauma, relationship issues, boundary issues, and anxiety disorders. I love working with individual clients and creating a safe space. I believe the therapeutic relationship and therapeutic fit is foundational to successful therapy.
Hello, I am Michele Hardwick, and I have over 11 years experience as a Clinical Counselor. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a unique experiential approach, I specialize in guiding clients aged 16 to 65 through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals who have a faith practice or those exploring their spiritual lives. I believe that spiritual growth can play a vital role in mental health and personal development. Recognizing that factors such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, relationships, and career significantly influence how we feel, I work collaboratively with clients to address these areas as part of our treatment plan. My practice encourages active participation in sessions, empowering you to make meaningful changes and improve your overall well-being.
I work to get to know my client's, to understand where they are coming from, and to provide feedback with a goal to promote healing and positive change. I draw on my 37 years of work in this counseling, and multiple levels of education.
I’m passionate about facilitating your individual success. I strongly believe in collaboration and partnering to achieve your personal goals. I believe that you are the expert in your life and my role is to facilitate putting the puzzle together. My overall style is warm and compassionate.
