Dr. Victoria Benson, DNP, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) with 17 years of experience in health care and 4 years of experience in psychiatry treatments.
With over twenty-seven years of diverse nursing experience, particularly in Emergency Room and Mental Health settings, such as St. Elizabeth Hospital, Providence Hospital, and the Psychiatric Institute of Washington. These positions have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Seeking help isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right provider should feel like a good fit, not just another appointment. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), my goal is to create a space where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and know that we're working together as a team.
I enjoy caring for individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related concerns, OCD, insomnia, and other mental health challenges. I also help people navigate grief, life transitions, caregiver stress, and the emotional impact that chronic medical conditions can have on everyday life.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has a different story, and treatment should reflect that. Whether we're discussing medication, coping strategies, or lifestyle changes, I want you to feel informed, comfortable asking questions, and involved in every decision we make.
My hope is that you leave each appointment feeling understood, supported, and with a clear plan for moving forward.

Hi, I'm Adaobi — a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in nursing and outpatient mental health care.
If you're looking for someone who will truly listen, you're in the right place. My clients often tell me that what they value most is feeling heard — and that's exactly where I start. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or something you can't quite name yet, I'm here to help you make sense of it without judgment.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. I have a strong background in both mental health and addiction recovery, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, honesty, and real-world understanding.
My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I use CBT, grounding techniques, and practical coping tools to support clients in building emotional stability, confidence, and resilience. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, heard, and empowered.
