Welcome to Hill and Valley Holistic Health. I'm Chris Napoli. I have a doctorate in nursing practice from University of Florida. My work experience has included a variety of challenging diagnoses from various mood disorders, trauma, post-partum depression, and psychosis.
Hello, I’m Ryann. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience in the field, including work in community mental health, developmental disability services, and more than a decade in hospice and palliative care. Those experiences shape the steadiness and non-judgmental presence I bring to therapy today.
I work primarily with women, LGBTQIA+ adults, neurodivergent adults, and older adults navigating relational harm, grief, loss, and major life transitions. Relational harm may include painful childhood experiences, controlling or abusive relationships, or environments and systems marked by discrimination, racism, ableism, anti-LGBTQIA+ bias, or chronic invalidation.
Having worked in community care settings, the school setting, and in private practice, my strengths are working with teenagers, individuals, adults, families, and couples experiencing challenges in relationships and connection. With 15 years of counseling experience, I offer a depth of compassion, wisdom, and appreciation for the difficulties that we all face in life. I expect my clients to engage in therapy with intent and the expectation that they will gain the skills and strategies to empower themselves to live their best lives.
Welcome, I consider it a privilege to connect with you and help you through tough times, or areas of your life you would just like to process more. I am a solution-focused, positive psychology based practitioner utilizing tools from CBT and other modalities that I tailor fit to suit you. I have experience working in a private practice model and community mental health with both children, teens and adults & families.

With a diverse background in hospital social work, outpatient mental health services, and inpatient psychiatric care, I have gained invaluable experience and insights that enable me to support a wide range of clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.

I received my Masters in Social Work from The University of Alabama, rtr, and my BLA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University .
I’m Zara Hanson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from the inside out, and show up more fully in their relationships.
My interest in mental health started early, rooted in a curiosity about human behavior and a desire to help others feel less alone in their struggles. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Research Psychology, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a focus on both direct therapy and systems-level care. Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of settings—from community mental health to private practice—supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating complex emotional terrain.
My practice focuses on trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder), substance use, mood disorders, relationship conflict, and emotional dysregulation. I’m especially drawn to working with clients who want to make sense of their story, process unresolved experiences, and find a more grounded, authentic way of being. I also work with couples to deepen connection, repair trust, and build more effective communication.
Therapy with me is relational, honest, and insight-driven. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, while gently encouraging growth, curiosity, and self-compassion along the way.
If you’re carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or a difficult life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with veterans, first responders, students, children, and adults facing complex challenges, and as someone shaped by my own path, I bring a deep respect for resilience, healing, and the real courage it takes to ask for support.
As a fully licensed therapist for 4+ years Ashley has had experience working with a wide range of clients. Recently she has begun to focus on women's health, ADHD and those with addiction issues.
