I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults (18+) experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s from Spring Arbor University and my Master’s from Western Michigan University, where I also completed a certification in Trauma Across the Lifespan. My training includes EMDR, DBT, and CBT, and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and accepted.
Hello! My name is Gabriela Rowinsky and I currently live in sunny Florida. My passion is helping people discover their true worth and define a path toward healing and fulfilment. I graduated college in 2011 with a Master's degree from Adelphi University. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan. I help people ages 16+ to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and self-doubt to create more fulfilling and empowered lives. With a deep commitment to the work I do, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
I am a licensed therapist in Michigan and a certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor with ten years of experience — and the road that shaped me as a clinician runs through two very specific places. For three years, I worked at the VA, where I developed a deep, hands-on understanding of trauma in its most complex and layered forms. For five years after that, I worked at Hope Network, an outpatient program serving individuals with limited access to resources, where I learned something that has stayed with me ever since: that genuine clinical expertise, offered with real intention, can change the trajectory of someone's life — even when the odds are stacked against them. I specialize in substance use and addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and the lasting impact of unhealthy relationships. My work is grounded in CBT and driven by a belief that every person — regardless of their circumstances — has the capacity to become more confident, more grounded, and more fully themselves.
You've may have already tried pushing through on your own - and it's exhausting. Whether you're a teenager struggling to keep up with life, a family stuck in the
same painful cycle, or an adult still carrying something you've never said out loud, you don't have to figure this out alone.
I'm Meghan, a licensed clinical social worker based in Michigan and a proud graduate of Michigan State University. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, and the weight of complicated relationships. I've spent 16 years in this work, and I bring both clinical expertise and real warmth to every
session - no judgment, no cookie-cutter advice. I work entirely via telehealth, so you can access care from wherever you are in Michigan - whether that's your living room, your car between school pickups, or a quiet office.
