I enjoy working with people to manage symptoms, stress and the everyday challenges of dealing with a mental health issue.
In my spare time I enjoy art, creativity, music, dance, acting and writing. I work with crystals, candles, oracle cards, but am also grounded in science. I do a lot of mindfulness.
