My specialty is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I am passionate about teaching it. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, borderline personality, grief, and serious mental illness. I am also deeply committed to supporting first responders and military communities through my work with the Red Blue Foundation.

Welcome! I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years working in healthcare. I have undergraduate degrees in psychology and nursing as well as an advanced degree as a nurse practitioner. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and more.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University, where I specialized in Transpersonal Psychology. My clinical background includes extensive work in outpatient and residential treatment settings, as well as private practice telehealth care.
Many of the clients I support are looking not only to reduce distress, but also to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, and create a more grounded and meaningful life.
I provide care through a structured, ethical, and collaborative lens, with a strong focus on clinical clarity, treatment planning, and measurable progress.
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who holds a master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University. As an independent practitioner I can diagnose and treat mental health conditions with full prescriptive authority and order diagnostic labs as appropriate. With nearly 15 years of nursing experience, my passion for patient and family-centered care has evolved from working the on the front lines as an ICU RN during the covid-19 pandemic to addressing the mental health crisis impacting all of our communities as a nurse practitioner.
