My goal is to walk with you through those transitions and help you develop the skills and tools to manage your feelings; to feel like you are in control of your emotions, rather than the other way around around. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I received my MSW from the University of Georgia. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and trauma.

I believe strong therapy relationships are built on trust, open communication, and real results. I bring a strategic, detail oriented, solution focused approach to our work together while staying collaborative and responsive to your needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and confident that our work is leading toward meaningful, lasting change.

I work with adult individuals 18+. I have over 5 years experience in varied adult issues. This includes sex offender work and work with sexual assault survivors. I have worked with people who are dealing with personality issues, issues with depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, CPTSD and PTSD, as well as grief overall. Grief comes in many shapes and forms. I work with varied issues that are too many to name. I not only have clinical experience but real life experience to back it up.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor (CPCS) with over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and have built my career serving individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and high-pressure environments.

In addition to providing therapy, I serve as CEO of Success Brand Behavioral Health, where I lead a team of clinicians and continue to provide direct care. I’ve also worked extensively with youth and families involved in foster care and the juvenile justice system and currently teach graduate counseling students as an adjunct professor.
