I specialize in evidence-based treatments for patients suffering from anxiety, OCD, Depression, and trauma related disorders. These treatments are more effective and efficient than traditional therapy because they directly target symptoms. I provide specific exercises aimed at breaking behavioral patterns that maintain symptoms. Traditional psychotherapy emphasizes gaining insight which in itself often does not lead to symptom reduction. Changing what you do will you change how you feel.

Hi! My name is Jillian Canada, and I have lived in the state of Georgia my whole life. I found a passion for care and attended the University of Georgia where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology followed by the University of North Georgia where I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working in private settings as well as community health centers with ages 4 years old and onward. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and attachment. I love walking with others as they grow into who they want to be.
