Specializing in perinatal mental health, I provide compassionate, bilingual therapy to help you navigate the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. With a degree from Rutgers University and years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, I understand that every journey is unique.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Welcome. I provide virtual therapy to adults 18 and up in both Washington state and Florida. In addition to seeing people for a wide range of concerns including mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, I have expertise in adjustment issues/life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, coping with chronic health issues, and concerns related to aging.
