I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, cultural and ethnic issues, women's issues, and trauma so they can build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a greater sense of balance and emotional wellbeing. Working with adolescents and adults in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

There is something different about talking to someone who actually understands your world. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with identity and how they see themselves, and I offer sessions in both English and Haitian Creole. I bring particular care to clients from Haitian and Caribbean backgrounds and to women navigating the emotional weight of motherhood, loss, and everything in between. With more than 15 years of experience, I have seen what becomes possible when people feel genuinely seen and free to show up exactly as they are.

I’ve been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California since 1995 and in Florida since 2001, with decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve served as a motivational trainer, consultant, and adjunct faculty member at over 20 universities, community colleges, hospitals, and medical centers.

My approach is rooted in psychoeducation — helping you better understand yourself while giving you practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and have experience supporting clients through relationship issues, life transitions, personal growth, and emotional healing. I also facilitate seminars, workshops, and small groups, where I create a supportive space for learning, connection, and growth. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in critical care. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults 18+, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is grounded in both clinical precision and an understanding of how life circumstances impact mental health. I offer care that is thoughtful, unhurried and tailored to you.
