I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to making high-quality mental health care accessible to everyone, especially individuals in underserved and rural communities. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and through telehealth.
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, or another mental health concern, we’ll work together to build a treatment plan that fits your life, not someone else’s.
I combine evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach, recognizing that sleep, stress, relationships, physical health, and daily habits all play an important role in emotional well-being. My priority is helping you feel better while empowering you with the tools to thrive long after our appointments.
I’ve spent years sitting with people at their lowest—through addiction, crisis, and the kind of pain that can make life feel unmanageable. That work taught me something I bring into every session now: nobody is “too much,” and no story is too messy. These days, I’m more focused on slower, steadier work. Whether you’re worn down by depression, gripping through stress, or finally ready to be honest about drinking or using, I’ll meet you where you are with steadiness, honesty, and compassion. You don’t need the right words yet; we’ll figure it out together.
You’re the one who holds it all together. On paper it’s working — the career, the relationships, the discipline. Underneath, you’re anxious, tired, and disconnected. Intellect, stamina, perfectionism and people-pleasing may have gotten you far — but now its part of a pattern that keeps you stuck.
I see driven, self-aware adults who are often the most capable person in the room despite (and because of) their bodies holding patterns of high-functioning anxiety, trauma, and depression.
The pattern lives within your nervous system — so this work includes the mind, body, and environment. Yes, we will explore your patterns & why they exist, AND we’ll notice them in your body, in real time. Coherence, parts work, Brainspotting, ART, EFT- different tools, one principle: change consolidates through experience, not just explanation.
