Since 2017, I’ve supported clients of all ages through experiences of trauma, grief, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and centered around your unique needs. I draw from trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to help you gain clarity, build coping tools, and reconnect with a sense of stability and self-trust.
I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. I’ve been at Wekiva Springs Center since 2022, and have experience with patients all over the spectrum from mood disorders, to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.
As a licensed professional in Florida, I bring 5 years of dedicated experience to my practice. My expertise lies in assisting clients navigate the complexities of grief and loss, providing a supportive space for healing and growth. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes you shouldn’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, PTSD and trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, toxic or unhealthy relationships, narcissistic abuse, major life transitions, stress, overwhelm, and the sometimes-messy transition into adulthood. I also specialize in helping clients build healthier boundaries, become more confident and assertive in their relationships, recognize unhealthy patterns, and learn to advocate for their needs without losing themselves in the process.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Keiser University and bring a warm, genuine, down-to-earth presence to my work. My space is neurodivergent-friendly and very much “come as you are”—and when the moment allows, there’s room for lighthearted humor and laughter, too.
As a person-centered therapist, I energize your strengths so you can identify the solutions. I specialize in children and teens who have experienced trauma and the families that support them. I'm here to walk with you, remind you of your greatness, and witness your growth. Your experience is uniquely yours!
