Hi, I’m Natalie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with young adults and adults, as well as couples and families, who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. If any of this resonates with where you are right now, I would love to connect and explore how we might work together.
How do we make sense of our stuff? This is a critical question. Life can be challenging and sometimes we can’t understand what we are experiencing and why. Much of our ability to overcome adversity originates from our mindset- how we process our experiences. It is the lens through which we view our reality.
Essentially, what contributes to our overall well-being is not necessarily the absence of setbacks but rather how we respond to these experiences. Our ability to accept our challenges, to make meaning out of them, to understand how they serve us, is necessary for our personal growth. I work with my clients to help them shift their mindset and to find meaning in all of life’s experiences.

I believe therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have it all together, or carry everything on your own.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve spent my career supporting children, parents, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. My background includes working in the NICU, early childhood mental health, and supporting families navigating trauma, medical complexity, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
I am especially passionate about working with women during pregnancy and postpartum, parents, caregivers, and individuals who have spent so much time caring for others that they’ve forgotten how to care for themselves.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and a little humor into sessions when appropriate. Therapy with me is a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I've spent the last 14 years walking alongside people through some of the tender, complicated seasons of life, like navigating depression and anxiety, managing overwhelming stress, working through relationship struggles, and supporting women through the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I bring warmth, honesty, and a genuine curiosity about who you are to every session. When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll usually find me outside moving my body, and soaking up whatever sunshine I can find.
I am a therapist with extensive experience providing compassionate person centered care to individuals, couples and families. My approach is warm, supportive and non judgmental, with a focus on helping clients identify their own strengths, insights and solutions. I am the wife of a veteran, and mother of three. I have worked with children, families and couples for over 20 years in the mental health field. I believe in empowering others, providing hope, and allowing people to move at their own pace through listening to their experiences, and allowing tgem to decide what they want and where they want to move with each appointment. I have the ability to empathize in a way others can not because I have done my own therapy work, I understand in a way others do not when working with children because I have struggled with children in a way most people cannot understand if they have not lived it; this is a shared experience, a lived and challenging experience and for me , thankfully, this is a natural gift and one that I have that has only been enhanced by training and understanding of human development. Years of working with chiIdren and families, allows me to bring additional skills to the treatment room for both adults and children so everyone can meet their goals. Graduating from USC, and working in an agency that trained their staff well has allowed me to be trained in several ways to heal emotional wounds work with couples, work with the youngest children with PCIT , and use CPT to treat PTSD. Together we can work on anything from simple life issues, ADHD, moral injury, and I work specifically work with domestic violence survivors.
Connection is a basic human necessity. I am in a profession that provides others hope, healing, and growth, in their lives. There are no words to express how meaningful it is to see as someone moves through their healing process others and being a small part of helping others in their process, but it is why I do this "work". It is always an honor for me to be a part of this journey in any way.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of experience helping people heal from trauma, manage life transitions, and find balance between professional and personal well-being. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, CPT, and PE for trauma.
As a Certified Perinatal Coach and Childbirth Educator, I also support individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional changes that come with these seasons of life. I especially enjoy working with Latinx professionals and others navigating identity, leadership, and growth.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—together, we can find your next step toward healing and fulfillment.
