I'm a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking therapist with more than twenty years of experience. Adriana has specialized in treating adults with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, panic attacks, phobias, women's issues, post-partum depression, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting, and life transitions. Utilizes an eclectic-integrative approach combining Relational, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Adriana implements an eclectic holistic approach using active listening, and an empathic environment, working in alliance with the client looking to increase well-being and reestablish the previous level of functioning. We can do brief or long-term therapy depending on the client's needs.
