As a Certified CBT Clinician (CBT-C), I specialize in helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, understand how their thoughts impact their emotions and behaviors, and develop practical skills that support lasting change. My approach is supportive, direct, and empowering, using evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotional regulation, coping skills, confidence, and overall well-being.

As a former Division I collegiate athlete, I also understand the unique pressures associated with athletics and performance. I enjoy supporting athletes and high-performing individuals experiencing performance anxiety, confidence concerns, stress, perfectionism, and the pressure to succeed.

For clients who desire it, I offer Christian counseling that integrates faith, biblical principles, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Faith integration is always based on each client’s preference and comfort level.

Natalie is a compassionate ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She provides care to a diverse patient population in Florida, offering both virtual and in-person psychiatric services. Additionally, she extends virtual psychiatric care to patients in Colorado.

Her approach emphasizes individualized treatment plans and a client-centered methodology. Natalie's primary objectives are to ensure that every client feels heard, to educate clients on participating in their health journey, and to deliver professional care.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Master Certified Addiction Professional with a deep passion for motivating and advocating for my clients. I hold a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, a second master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling from Barry University.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, insomnia, and perinatal mental health — offering medication management and CBT therapy. Aleth is a client centered, goal oriented, strengths based Clinical Therapist. Aleth's strongest attribute is her ability to engage even the most resistant clients. Her ability to gain trust and build fast rapport an environment where clients feel uplifted, supported and understood. Aleth has over 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields, finding great joy in helping people progress and live healthy and happy lives.

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I've been a nurse since 2009 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2018, with experience in inpatient mental health and addiction treatment settings.
