Hi there! I'm Eleanor Gillett-Chambers, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, insomnia, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. With over 10 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health nursing, I believe effective mental health care begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe in prioritizing mental health for all persons as s key to happiness and stability. Congratulations in taking the first and hardest step in seeking mental health treatment. I’ve been practicing for 30 years, but in the last decade, I have been focusing both on med management and individual therapy.

I completed my undergraduate studies at Florida International University. I obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University and completed both a master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Albizu University. I gained predoctoral internship training at University of Central Florida and a postdoctoral fellowship at Jackson Health System in affiliation with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

I am a compassionate psychiatrist dedicated to caring for patients of all ages. My goal is to help each patient feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard during every visit. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I take pride in working with diverse patient populations while providing attentive, patient centered mental health care
