Hello, my name is Brianna. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have joined the mental health field in 2022, working in community based mental health. I graduated from California Baptist University, with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology. I have gained experience working with individuals and families, that struggle with anxiety, depression, life stressors, & relationship issues.
Mental health has long been treated as the forgotten side of healthcare — and for me, that's exactly why it matters so much. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients across California through telehealth and in-person care, I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, and ADD/ADHD. I believe that when mental health struggles go unaddressed, everything else in life suffers — and that healing is not only possible, it's necessary. When I'm not supporting my clients, you'll find me out in nature, getting lost in a good movie, or discovering new music — small reminders of the joy and balance I encourage my clients to find for themselves.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, personal changes, work, family challenges, relationship strain, or the pressure to hold everything together? I support adults, women, parents, and families who want more peace, clarity, and balance in their lives. My work is rooted in the whole person approach (e.g., mind, body, spirit, inside and outside of systems), with special focus on emotional wellness, tangible daily tools, and realistic committments to help you feel whole, in control, and connected. With over 20 years of experience, I offer a space where you can feel heard and begin moving forward.
I highlight your strengths in our sessions. Just think of me as your emotional cheerleader. I want the best for you, whatever that may be.
