Welcome! My name is Megan and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with clients as young as 4 years old and up. I frequently work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, and relationship problems.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to balance, mindfulness and joy. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. This journey has reinforced my belief that each person's path to well-being is unique and deserves a personalized approach.
My name is Ezgi Rozenshteyn, and I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California and Florida. My own experience navigating life's
challenges shaped my compassionate, client-centered approach. I work with adults and couples on anxiety, depression, relationship issues,
trauma, grief or loss, OCD, and ADHD, drawing on evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies suited to what you're facing. Many
clients are managing more than one of these at once, and together we break that into pieces you can act on. You can expect practical tools
you can use right away, a collaborative space to build self-awareness, and steady support as you work toward the changes that matter most to
you.
I’m Linh Tran, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years in healthcare and 5 years in advanced practice. I hold both a Master’s and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University. My work focuses on anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, and those navigating the immigrant or bicultural experience.
I work with women of color who are tired of always being the strong one. If you’re carrying old wounds that still feel fresh, stuck in patterns that don’t even feel like yours, or wondering when it’s finally your turn to be cared for; I’m here for that. You won’t have to code-switch with me. Let’s set down the masks you wear just to move through the day.
In this space, you get to be fully seen--the soft parts, the angry parts, the parts you’ve hidden just to keep the peace. All of you is welcome here. Together, we’ll make room for the messy, the painful, and the hopeful parts of your story, at a pace that feels right for you. Healing doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to start with a space where you’re safe to be real.
Welcome to your search for a therapist. I know this process can be challenging and long, but you are worth the time, effort, and investment! My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to empower you to work through issues you are currently facing. I am a strong believer in that each person has the strength to find their own way to happiness and healing. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are the right fit!
I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds who seek to improve the quality of their lives. Is there a place you find yourself stuck? Do you have some insight into what may be happening, but want to seek professional support to grow and thrive? Whether you are familiar with counseling or not, each person's therapeutic journey is unique. Some people come with a specific goal in mind and others prefer a longer supportive therapy, traversing the many layers and aspects of their life.
