Hi! I'm Violeta Stephanie Arrazola. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles in 2014. I became licensed in 2019 and have a decade of experience in mental health. I work with a diverse range of client issues, including depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I am trained and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
As a licensed therapist with both an MSW and a PhD in clinical practice and research, I bring a depth of academic knowledge and real-world experience to my work with individuals and couples. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based strategies tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
