Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and as a second-generation Asian American, I understand the cultural and generational dynamics that come with family life - it's close to my heart. I work with individual adults to help them feel more connected, more confident, and less overwhelmed by life's ups and downs.
So much of our wellbeing comes down to the relationship we have with ourselves and others, and I specialize in helping people build ones that feel more meaningful and congruent. I've spent over a decade in this work, and what stays the same is that I show up as myself — and I want you to feel safe doing the same.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I'm proud of you for being here. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a bit more balanced than when you walked in.
My goal is to provide high quality client-centered care, utilizing a humanistic approach. I am focused on validating my client's life experiences and providing a safe and non-judgmental space to share. I also believe in holistic point of view and integrative care of body, mind, and spirit.
My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, and adults with many issues including: grief, work-related stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism).
As a youth, I recall many instances when I experienced intense anxiety, depression, even suicidal thoughts, – but I did so in isolation, without adequate support. Mental health services were not available and not commonly accessed in my community. As a young woman I used dance and movement, and other forms of creative expression (such as writing and singing), as my means to manage emotions. I became a psychotherapist to ensure that I could be supportive to those in similar situations – to help support people in not feeling alone with the difficult aspects of life and relationships. No one should have to fight their mental health battles alone. The integration of somatic (body-focused) psychotherapy has allowed me to support others while giving them the gift that I have discovered through a life of movement – the gift of understanding the role of the body in allowing for healing. Through the use of the body in psychotherapy clients can learn how to find balance in their mind while finding peace in their emotional landscape.
I am a licensed therapist who has been working in the field since 2014 with diverse individuals in different settings. I attended California State Polytechnic University for my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and the University of Southern California for my Masters in Social Work. I specialize in working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues and grief and loss issues. On a personal note, I love to hike, cook and watch movies.
As a therapist my goal is to break the stigma that comes with therapy. I strive to create a collaborative, nurturing therapeutic relationship that can help transform one's pain or uncertainties into one of healing. Life can be difficult and sometimes confusing therefore I want to create a corner where one can feel safe, understood, and free of judgement.
As your therapist, my purpose is to guide you to uncover your inherent potential and see the best version of you even when it may be hard to see it in yourself. I am dedicated to nurturing the vision of your ideal life while guiding you on the path to realizing your true self. I firmly believe that everyone is destined to lead a life filled that brings them joy and peace, and regardless of your background, experiences, or current perceptions of your capabilities, there is always room for self-forgiveness, self-love, and substantial personal growth.

Hello friend! My name is Caitlin and I am so proud of you for taking the first step in your healing journey.
If you’re navigating a difficult season that feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, you have found yourself in the right place. I work with individuals navigating grief—whether from the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life transition—women experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, including anxiety, overwhelm, and identity shifts and individuals seeking healing from childhood trauma and attachment wounds.
I support teens, adults, and families who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Whether you are feeling disconnected from yourself, struggling to break painful relational patterns, or simply trying to find steadiness during a difficult season of life, therapy can become a space where healing and clarity begin to emerge.
