I've built my career working in adult medicine, with a deep focus on addiction and medication assisted treatment. Anxiety and depression are areas where I find this work especially rewarding. Regardless of what brings you here, I come to every session with genuine curiosity and a commitment to building real rapport. I see clients virtually, and I keep afternoon and evening hours on weekdays so scheduling can work around your life. Strong patient retention has always been a hallmark of how I practice, and I look forward to building that same kind of relationship with you.

I’m a therapist with 29 years of experience. I believe therapy can make a real difference when clients commit to the process. It isn’t easy, but I’ve seen it help people face challenges, heal, and grow into their best selves. If you're struggling with coping, outlook, motivation, attitude, and focus, we may be a good fit. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment to major life changes related to career, relationships, family, or loss. I am a licensed therapist who specializes in anxiety depression and behavioral addictions such as gambling, gaming, shopping, and technology use. I became an LCSW because, quite simply, I love people and have the deepest respect for all living things. I have a masters in Social work and background in Psychology, Sociology and Education. I believe that every individual has innate strengths and my goal is to help you tap into yours. Whether you are in a difficult life transition, navigating healthy relationships, or looking to understand yourself more deeply, I am here to empower you so that you can move from feeling "stuck" to feeling capable.
Outside of the therapy room, I am a proud mom and dedicated reader. As someone who identifies as a lifelong learner, I will bring curiosity and warmth to every session. In addition to my private practice, I am a crisis clinician. This background has sharpened my ability to remain grounded, and provide a safe, stable space even when a situation may feel the most chaotic.

Hi my name is Ana, I'm a dedicated mental health professional specializing in comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, strategic treatment planning, and collaborative care. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply wanting a safe space to process what you’ve been carrying. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we can work toward helping you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with yourself.
Hi! I’m Camille. Thank you for being here. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals and families across many different healthcare settings—from emergency nursing and the COVID-19 pandemic response to travel and concierge nursing, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and outpatient psychiatry. After years of living and working in major cities, including New York and Los Angeles, I eventually found my way to California’s Sierra Nevada foothills. My own experiences shape the way I connect with people. I’m a mother, a first-generation immigrant, part of a multicultural family, and a member of a rural mountain community. A meaningful part of my work is with high-achieving adults—professionals, executives, graduate students, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and others who may appear to be doing well by every external measure while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or simply not quite like themselves. I also understand the unique weight that can come with intergenerational expectations, cultural identity, and learning to navigate more than one world at once.
I am a mental health clinician who takes a solution‐focused and empowering approach to therapy. I believe healing happens at your pace, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood as we work together to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for healing.

I graduated with a BA in Psychology from La Sierra University and later obtained my MSW from Loma Linda University.
