I'm Jen, and I would love to partner with you in helping you achieve your goals. Many things can keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward and reaching our true potential in life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, holding a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. With a deep commitment to fostering transformation and growth, I specialize in creating a therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner potential. My approach is grounded in building a collaborative and relational connection, ensuring that each client feels heard, supported, and safe throughout their journey.
I believe that healing happens within the context of community and connection. My journey in social work began in 2015, and since then, I have had the privilege of walking alongside families and individuals in their most vulnerable moments. From my early days as a parent educator and working within child protective services to my recent years in community mental health, I have seen firsthand the incredible strength of the human spirit.
Hello! I'm Brigett and I'm accepting new clients.
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. I am a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals process trauma, navigate complex emotions, and reclaim their inner strength. In our work together, we won’t just talk about what’s happening in your mind—we will look at the whole picture. I specialize in nervous system regulation, helping you move out of constant survival mode (like feeling perpetually anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down) and back into a state of safety and balance.
My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and entirely judgment-free space where you feel truly heard. Together, we will uncover the why behind your patterns, giving you the insights and practical tools you need to feel deeply empowered and connected to your true self.
How we can connect: I currently offer flexible, convenient virtual sessions so you can begin your healing journey from the comfort of your home. Starting in July, I will be welcoming clients for in-person sessions [Phoenix @ Northern/51] on Fridays.
Wherever you are starting from today, please know that healing is possible, and you are entirely capable of it. I look forward to supporting you.

I work with people who feel caught between who they've been and who they're becoming. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, identity shifts, major life transitions, or a longing to feel more connected to themselves and the people around them. Often, they arrive feeling overwhelmed by change, weighed down by old roles or patterns, and uncertain about what comes next.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, explore what you're carrying, and begin moving toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you are.
