Taking the first step toward better mental health is an act of courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique story, background, and lived experiences.
My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I take the time to truly understand who you are — your strengths, your challenges, and your goals — so that together we can build a care plan that is meaningful and effective for your life. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of good outcomes, and I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.
Taking the first step is hard — my job is to make it easier. I provide supportive, personalized medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more.
I specialize in treating adults with ADHD. My practice focuses on long-term management using evidence-based approaches. I begin with a focused and comprehensive evaluation of attention deficit and any coexisting conditions, and I help patients learn about ADHD and how to address and manage their symptoms. I practice evidence-based medicine, working with patients to find the right medication at the right dose to manage ADHD symptoms.
Whatever you’re carrying, it deserves attention. Maybe you’re a teenager trying to make sense of who you are in a world that keeps shifting beneath you. Maybe you’re an adult whose anxiety or depression has become so familiar it no longer feels like a symptom. Maybe you’re an older adult sitting with grief, transition, and questions about what this chapter of life is supposed to mean. Wherever you are, I work with you — not a version of you that’s easier to treat, but the full, complicated, real one.
What I bring to that work isn’t just clinical range, though I have that. It’s the perspective that comes from over a decade across outpatient, intensive outpatient, and inpatient settings, serving as a clinical director, supervising clinicians toward licensure, and training the next generation of therapists at universities across Arizona. That kind of career doesn’t just build skill. It builds a clinician who has seen enough to know that the most important thing in the room is never the framework. It’s the relationship.
I’m an Arizona native, grounded and genuinely easy to be around. I value humor and believe lightheartedness belongs in the therapy room, not as a way of sidestepping the hard stuff, but as a reminder that healing doesn’t have to feel relentlessly heavy. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, co-occurring conditions, and complex life transitions, and I meet all of it with warmth, steadiness, and real clinical depth.
What I’m working toward with every client is a better relationship with yourself and the people around you. More clarity. More purpose. A life that feels more like yours. Whether you’re just beginning to understand what you’re carrying or you’ve been at this work for years, we’ll build from there.
I have worked with a variety of individuals over the last 9+ years. I work well with anyone facing life’s struggles, either caused by substance use issues as well as those managing depression and anxiety. I work with varying ages and backgrounds: people with criminal justice involvement, adolescents, and also clients new to therapy. My focus is to plant a seed of hope and possibility; I desire to help nurture new growth in all my clients!
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing online psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults throughout Arizona. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.
My clinical background includes outpatient psychiatry, inpatient psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, and addiction medicine. These experiences have helped me understand how mental health conditions affect daily life and how important it is to develop treatment plans that are both effective and practical.
Whether you're seeking treatment for the first time, struggling with symptoms despite previous treatment, or looking for a provider who will take time to understand your concerns, my goal is to provide compassionate, thoughtful care where you feel heard and respected.
