I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with three years of experience providing psychiatric care in an acute inpatient setting. My background has given me extensive experience working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, and complex psychiatric presentations.

I’m now expanding my practice to outpatient care, where I look forward to building longer-term therapeutic relationships and helping clients work toward meaningful, sustainable improvements in their mental health. I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based, individualized care while creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported.
