BEFORE you cut off important foundation pieces- your marriage, career, activities and people you've loved that feel like they no longer fit, see me and together let's make sure they're not part of your protective alarm system, begging for perspective and healthier personal balance.
Hi, I’m Angilee, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 12 years of healthcare experience and recently completed advanced training in mental health care. Hello! I’m Dr. Bobbie Sue. I have had the pleasure of working as a Clinical Social Worker since 1997. I have a PhD in Social Work and Social Research and have a particular interest in the area of resilience and using strategic techniques to increase and support personal growth and optimism.
I specialize in supporting women navigating complex experiences that often go misunderstood. This includes women who have experienced harm within spiritual or religious communities—whether that's spiritual abuse, religious trauma, or the complicated grief of leaving a faith tradition. I also work with women managing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal trauma.
If you've felt silenced, questioned your own reality, or struggled to trust yourself after difficult experiences, you're not alone. My practice is a place where your story matters, your feelings are valid, and healing is possible.
Welcome! I'm Dr. Ben Osevwe, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 22 years of experience in mental health care, including over 4.5 years as a PMHNP. I founded Solid Foundation Psychiatry with one mission: to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized psychiatric care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 through 90, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. I believe that effective mental health treatment goes beyond prescribing medication. Every visit is an opportunity to listen, educate, collaborate, and develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique goals, values, and life circumstances.
My clinical interests include ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or have struggled with symptoms for years, I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns.
I provide both in-person psychiatric care in Pearland, Texas, serving the greater Houston area, and telepsychiatry to patients in states where I am licensed. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy and lifestyle recommendations.
My philosophy is simple: Every person deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and given the tools to thrive. I believe healing begins with a trusting relationship, open communication, and a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
It is a privilege to be part of your mental health journey, and I look forward to partnering with you to help you build resilience, restore hope, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.
My passion is helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions across the lifespan. I support those facing challenges in young adulthood, work stress, self-confidence struggles, impostor syndrome, relationship and family conflict, parenting, retirement, and the search for meaning at every stage of life. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
