I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to connect to others through compassion, meaningful conversations and authenticity. I started my own mental health journey when I was affected by crippling anxiety in my twenties. I felt alone and ashamed and really just needed someone to listen compassionately. I now want to offer this to others.
I received my BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University and went on to finish my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University. I have three years of clinical experience and have worked with individuals, couples, and families. You don't need to have a clear reason for starting therapy to benefit from it. Sometimes there's no single problem to point to, just a sense that something feels off, overwhelming, or harder than it needs to be. I work with teens and women who want a space to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and navigate life's challenges with support. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine connection. While I bring clinical expertise and guidance, I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you in creating meaningful change.
I’m from the PNW like sunshine, summer bbq, chasing waterfalls, mariners games and growing my garden and winter seasons. I love a good novella good food and family time.
Graduated from Boise State Graduate School after receiving my undergrad at Lewis Clark State College. I lived in Vegas for 8 years and am now located in the Greater Seattle Area. I am a Native American but love learning about all other cultures and lifestyles. I have worked for CCSD (elementary) for the past 7 years, but now I'm looking forward to working with all ages. :) I specialize in working with people struggling with OCD.

I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. Most of all, I believe real change starts with a genuine, comfortable relationship.

You may regret things you've said or done because there was no time to really sort out the best path. BEFORE you cut off important foundation pieces- your marriage, career, activities and people you've loved that feel like they no longer fit, see me and together let's make sure they're not part of your protective alarm system, begging for perspective and healthier personal balance.

Hi, I’m Angilee, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 12 years of healthcare experience and recently completed advanced training in mental health care. I enjoy learning about ways we can change and understand our human existence. We are thinking, feeling and doing beings. Cognitive behavioral therapy provides a framework to identify ways to do it differently and better. Trauma treatment modalities like EMDR may support processing neurological and physiological reactions and being able to feel secure and safe while staying connected to others more fully. Our story is just that; we write it and edit it. We get to choose the chapters and path of our lives, through the unknowns, mysteries and celebrations.
