I am a doctorate-prepared dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with a holistic approach to healthcare, specializing in family and mental health. Passionate about helping others, I provide compassionate, solution-focused care tailored to each patient’s needs. I treat childhood and adult ADHD, offering care through medical record transfer or initiating treatment for new diagnoses with non-stimulant trials. My goal is to deliver comprehensive care that empowers patients to achieve optimal well-being.
You've taken the most important step, now let me support you through the next. I’m a Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience in behavioral health. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals and couples, guiding them through various life challenges including relationship conflicts, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal health and personal growth. I will create a safe space for you to explore your needs.
Life has pointed edges. Whether you’ve faced an especially traumatic incident, experienced the daily trauma of holding marginalized identity/ies, or are navigating intergenerational struggles within your own lineage, sorting through this pain alone can be overwhelming.
As a mental health therapist, I specialize in trauma treatment and somatic therapy for adults in the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, and nonmonogamous communities. Throughout our work together, you’ll connect with the deeper layers of your inner landscape and root yourself in the present to find more peace in your day to day.
Hi there! I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and people who have experienced childhood adversity. Many of my clients have ADHD, autism, or high ACE (adverse childhood experiences) scores and understand their patterns intellectually, but need help creating change that feels safe and sustainable.
I work best with clients who are ready to take an honest look at how their past continues to shape their relationships, choices, and sense of self. Trauma work cannot be rushed, so I maintain a small caseload and move at a pace that gives each client’s nervous system time to adapt. I bring genuine compassion, curiosity, and humanity into the therapy room.
I completed my bachelor’s degree at Columbia College in Salt Lake City, Utah and later went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Clinical Counseling. I have been working in the counseling field since 2013 and I am licensed in the state of Utah and Washington. I have been working with active military, reservists and their families since 2018. My primary focus is working with the adult population on treatment related to life adjustments/stressors, relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, and identity exploration.

Hi, I’m Nicole! Therapy with me is about real conversations, practical tools, and accountability. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m down-to-earth, supportive, and won’t let them slide. I bring a diverse background of both life and professional experience, allowing me to see multiple perspectives and help you navigate complex relationship dynamics. Please note, we aren’t offering couples’ sessions at this time.
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I believe good mental health care starts with an actual conversation—not a checklist, a quick prescription, and a "see you in three months."
Before specializing in psychiatry, I spent over a decade working in emergency, critical care, and procedural nursing. That experience taught me that what's happening with your mental health rarely exists in a vacuum. Your physical health, hormones, relationships, stress, and everyday life all deserve a seat at the table.
I have a particular passion for helping women navigate ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, depression, PMDD, perimenopause, and those wonderfully complicated seasons of life when everything seems to be changing at once.
My approach is evidence-based, hormone-informed, and collaborative. I'm not here to throw medications at symptoms and cross my fingers. I'm here to ask thoughtful questions, connect the dots, explain your options, and help you find a treatment plan that actually fits your life.
You can expect honest conversations, education without the medical jargon, a little humor when the moment calls for it, and absolutely no judgment. Most importantly, you'll always have a voice in your care. You're the expert on your lived experience, and my job is to bring the clinical expertise to help you make informed decisions.
Because you deserve more than someone who listens just long enough to write a prescription. You deserve someone who truly listens.
¡Hola! I'm Leidy, a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist. I work with adults navigating major life transitions, grief and loss, fertility issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, family transitions and more. Many of the people I work with are in the middle of something big, whether that's a loss, a shift in their family, a fertility journey, or simply a season of life that feels heavier than expected, and they're looking for a space where they can finally exhale.
I'm originally from the Dominican Republic, and Spanish is my first language. As an immigrant myself, I understand what it's like to navigate multiple worlds, identities, and expectations. I'm also the proud parent of a son with autism, so I know firsthand what it's like to walk through major life transitions, advocate for your family, and find strength you didn't know you had. These experiences shape the way I show up for my clients every day.
My background is rooted in community work. I spent years in non-profit organizations supporting diverse communities, and that experience taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, honoring their culture, language, strengths, and identities. I believe in creating individualized treatment plans that reflect the whole of who you are.
