Hi! I'm Charlene. I provide therapy that meets you where you are. Whether that's working through grief, trauma, depression, postpartum, or a life that's shifted in ways you didn't expect. My approach is direct, but warm and my sessions are client-led. If you have a goal, we work toward it. If you need space to process, we do that. I use talk therapy alongside evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and EMDR — whatever fits what you're dealing with.
Psychotherapy provides a safe place to discuss fears, thoughts, and difficult decisions we as humans must make during our journey in life. I believe we are capable of making life changes with the right tools. I am here to listen without judgement. I believe we all have a story to share. Being heard is one of the most important aspects of communication.
My passion is working with clients who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. By sharing your story, we can begin to process the trauma from experience to a new understanding, while remaining in the present.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington with over 15 years of experience in counseling, holistic health coaching, and empowering others to live to their full potential. I am originally from Oregon and attended college in San Diego. My experiences have allowed me to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings and roles to include traditional in-office therapy, teletherapy, educational institutions, as well as the honor of being welcomed into clients' homes.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that life is made up of moments that are both big and small, and therapy is a safe place to process the thoughts and emotions that go with those moments.
¡Hola! I'm Leidy, a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist. I work with adults navigating major life transitions, grief and loss, fertility issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, family transitions and more. Many of the people I work with are in the middle of something big, whether that's a loss, a shift in their family, a fertility journey, or simply a season of life that feels heavier than expected, and they're looking for a space where they can finally exhale.
I'm originally from the Dominican Republic, and Spanish is my first language. As an immigrant myself, I understand what it's like to navigate multiple worlds, identities, and expectations. I'm also the proud parent of a son with autism, so I know firsthand what it's like to walk through major life transitions, advocate for your family, and find strength you didn't know you had. These experiences shape the way I show up for my clients every day.
My background is rooted in community work. I spent years in non-profit organizations supporting diverse communities, and that experience taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, honoring their culture, language, strengths, and identities. I believe in creating individualized treatment plans that reflect the whole of who you are.
I offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers! I specialize in neurodevelopmental conditions (like autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), and executive functioning skills- focusing, managing emotions, problem solving, and more. I also love working with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, existential crises, and life transitions!
I have ten years of experience in mental healthcare, and have an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University.
You are welcome to message me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation! Otherwise, you can use this calendar to schedule an intake session with me.
I hold a doctoral degree from a progressive Jesuit school as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior, I spent over 10 years in one-on-one home healthcare, studied psychology before nursing, and obtained an EMT certification, with a side interest in Fire and Rescue EMS.
In the past, I considered everything from becoming a veterinarian, an acupuncturist, a wildlife biologist, a gypsy with a fishing boat, a journalist, an underwater welder, an astronomer, an anthropologist, and yes, going to medical school. The nursing field, however, is beautifully versatile, and ended up being on point and on time. I'd like to think I weave into my perspective and practice, threads of all of those other fields.
Exploring the internal world is just an integral part of my life. By now, I'm cozy with cross-cultural/philosophical and belief perspectives surrounding existence, growth, difficult symptoms, and medicines. I've worked with myself - no doubt, but personally and professionally, with a lot of other people for whom it's all been front and center.

I have been on a journey to my true calling as a therapist all of my life. Hi! I'm Carli, and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in the Pacific Northwest. I work with teens and adults navigating everything from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma to burnout, life transitions, and the stress of living in an increasingly complex world.
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported from the very beginning.
Care with me is flexible and designed to meet you where you are. Together, we'll find the pace, treatment approach, and level of support that fits your needs—and adapt as those needs evolve.
My educational background includes undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Nursing, followed by a master's degree in nursing specializing in psychiatric mental health. Throughout my career I've cared for patients across outpatient clinics, psychiatric and medical inpatient units, intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health settings.
My approach is rooted in whole-person care, recognizing that mental health is influenced by far more than medication alone. When appropriate, treatment may include medication, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle strategies, and integrative approaches tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Today, I provide telehealth psychiatric care for adolescents and adults across Oregon and Washington. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am committed to providing affirming, individualized care for neurodivergent individuals, people with developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I commonly treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered.
