Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, or a major life transition, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
I'm Sorlyz, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Therapist with over eight years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults. My background includes extensive work with individuals who have experienced severe trauma, as well as first-generation and Spanish-speaking clients navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and life's many demands. This experience allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and tailor therapy to each person's unique needs.
Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My name is Rachel, and I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have been an LPC since 2017. I am married and have 2 children. I am family oriented and if not hanging out with my family cooking, you would also find me outdoors enjoying the sun, drawing, and reading. We are also dachshund fanatics having had them part of our family since 2003. Currently I have 2 long haired dachshunds.
I am a direct, solution- oriented mental health therapist with over 30 years helping people navigate mental health challenges
As a dual board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatry, I believe prioritizing mental and physical health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step!
