I also enjoy helping clients overcome people-pleasing, establish healthy boundaries, improve communication, and process difficult life experiences that continue to impact the present.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 19 years working in public education, helping children, teens, and families navigate emotional challenges, strengthen communication, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach by meeting clients where they are and focusing on their unique strengths.
