I have a passion for working with those who are justice impacted. I work with adults who experience anxiety, depression, Infertility, grief and loss, and interracial relationship.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in the State of Texas and Washington, a National Certified Counselor (NBCC) and a Board-Certified Counselor (BCCC) recognized by the National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC). I started out as a Teacher in Inner and Outer London schools in the United Kingdom working with children, adolescents, and their families. I am experienced in working with clients from all faith/no faith background, comprising of children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

I belive that seeking help takes courage, and my goal is to create a safe, judgement-free space where you feel heard and supported from the very first visit. I earned my MSN from Northern Kentucky University, and I bring over six years of psychiatric experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently hold inpatient privileges at three hospitals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which keeps me connected to full spectrum of mental health care. I work with patients ages 5 and up treating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and more. My approach combines careful medication management with genuine listening because you're more than diagnosis.

I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I primarily work with adult men, while welcoming adults of all backgrounds. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or substance use, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can feel understood and begin making meaningful changes.

I am a licensed psychologist with over fifteen years of experience providing therapy in both Spanish and English. I earned my master’s degree in counseling psychology from Indiana University and my doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My doctoral program emphasized multicultural competence and using research to inform practice. Therefore, I use an evidence-based, cultural and trauma-informed approach in therapy. I have worked with Veterans, women and men diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, women diagnosed with breast cancer, and individuals experiencing substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I am licensed in the states of Texas and Iowa.

Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, working through trauma, or seeking greater self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

I’ve been married for 25 years and understand that relationships can bring both joy and struggle. This personal experience, combined with my clinical training, allows me to approach couples work with empathy and practical insight. As the spouse of a first responder, I also have a deep appreciation for the unique stressors first responder families face and am honored to support them in therapy. I speak conversational Spanish and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

I specialize in helping couples and families reconnect and heal through an attachment-based approach, exploring how early relationships influence the ways we love, trust, and communicate. I’m trained in EMDR and I'm a Gottman Method Couples Level 2 practitioner, an evidence-based approach that helps couples improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and rebuild trust.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2010, and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University in 2023, with a focus on trauma.

Jane Victor is a dually board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over seven years of comprehensive clinical expertise. She founded Restomi Health and Mind, PLLC with a simple conviction: that meaningful care meets people where they are emotionally, physically, and practically. Her career encompasses extensive work in specialized neurology, with a specific clinical focus on sleep medicine, family medicine, inpatient level 1 psychiatric hospitals, primary and urgent care, and acute care settings. This diverse background provides her with a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex physical medicine and behavioral health, allowing her to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan.

In her telehealth practice, Jane leverages her specialized mastery of in-patient psychiatry, sleep architecture disorders, and advanced primary care evaluation to provide accessible, expert-led mental health medication management. She prioritizes clinical autonomy and seamless collaboration to ensure total continuity of care for the patients she serves.
