I love what I do. I've been providing therapy in various settings for over 4 years, and I bring a direct but very human style to the therapy room. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and I love working with Adult ADHD, folks in recovery from substance use, and women who might be struggling with anxiety and depression and just the general overwhelm of life and putting one foot in front of the other.
I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas who provides a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space for adolescents and adults. I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or feeling stuck and uncertain about what comes next.
Starting this journey—whether it feels overwhelming, hopeful, or somewhere in between—takes courage, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and the lasting impact of early family dynamics.
Hello! My name is Jesica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2016, my master’s degree in 2019, and became an LCSW in 2025. My experience includes inpatient behavioral health, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, religious trauma, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. I'm currently a social worker at the VA hospital with a primary focus in substance use and homelessness.
My passion for mental health is deeply personal. I once experienced my own struggles and had a therapist help me find hope and healing when I needed it most. That experience inspired me to become a therapist who helps others feel seen, supported, and empowered through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife and a proud mom of three children. I enjoy spending time with my family exploring our community through outdoor activities, local events, concerts, and farmers markets. I also love traveling, experiencing different cultures, cooking, reading, and gardening.
I believe connection, curiosity, and finding joy in everyday moments are important parts of a balanced life, and those values guide both who I am and how I support my clients. If you’re ready to begin your therapy journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
