My name is Winell Soures, LCSW-R, SAP, MA, I am the Founder, Psychotherapist, and Facilitator for the Practice of Winell Soures, PLLC formerly EMPOW-R Services. I have over 20 years in Counseling, 14 of which are specified in Psychotherapy. In addition to a Master's Degree in Social Work, I have a Master's Degree in Africana Studies, with a concentration in African Psychology. I am also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, working towards my Master Coach Certification.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) degree from the University of Massachusetts Global. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues, including OCD, depression, anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders.

My goal and focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this in a partnership together to facilitate positive change and realize your true potential for growth and happiness.

We will work together to identify problem area's you would like to address and establish treatment goals in a safe environment to help the you the client realize your own growth potential and make positive change in a supportive counseling setting.

Ogochukwu (Ogo) is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Texas and Washington. Drawing from years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and other psychiatric health concerns. Ogo takes a patient-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, education, and individualized treatment planning to help clients achieve lasting wellness.
