I have over a decade of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, working in hospitals, community mental health centers, and recovery programs.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Samford University and hold multiple degrees in nursing, law, and agricultural economics. My diverse background, having studied in Nigeria, and the U.S., helps me provide culturally competent and inclusive care.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered on their journey to wellness.
Wherever you are, we can start there. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through a wide range of life challenges. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate difficulties, recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, solution-focused, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe sharing their stories, concerns, and needs. I meet each client where they are, listen with intention, and build relationships grounded in trust, respect, empathy, and understanding.
I believe every client brings unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals to therapy. My role is to help clients understand what they are experiencing, identify barriers, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I take a whole-person approach, considering the relationships, resources, life circumstances, and emotional needs that shape each person’s experience.
I am passionate about helping clients feel empowered to make positive changes. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or family concerns, major life transitions, or feelings of being stuck. My professional experience also includes supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers navigating depression, trauma, crises, life transitions, and the emotional and practical challenges of motherhood. This work has deepened my passion for perinatal mental health.
I believe asking for help is a sign of strength. My goal is to walk alongside each client, help them identify where they want to go, and support them as they work toward getting there.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care to adolescents and adults. Value building a trusting therapeutic relationship and meeting clients where they are. I use both medication and supportive therapy to help clients manage anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions. Believing that healing happens when people feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward change at their own pace.
I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and challenged in ways that promote lasting growth.
I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and work with adults, couples, and families. While relationships are a primary area of focus, I also work with individuals facing attachment wounds, overwhelming stress, emotional disconnection, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than simply helping you manage symptoms, I want to help you understand what is driving them so meaningful change becomes possible.
A lot of the people I work with look like they’re holding life together on the outside, but inside they’re carrying the weight of experiences that never really had space to be processed. As a licensed therapist, with several years of experience helping people heal from the most painful and debilitating life experiences, I believe true healing begins when you finally feel safe again.
Hi, I’m Lauren, an LCSW who provides individual sex therapy for adult women through telehealth. I help women who are struggling with low or absent sexual desire, desire differences within relationships, difficulty with arousal or orgasm, painful sex, sexual shame, and difficulty communicating about sex.
You may love your partner and still wonder, “Why don’t I want sex anymore?” You may feel pressured, disconnected from your body, embarrassed talking about sex, or unsure what you even want sexually. These concerns are more common than many women realize, and therapy offers a private, judgment-free place to understand what may be contributing to them.
My goal is not to tell you how often you should have sex or what your sex life should look like. Instead, we’ll work toward helping you better understand your sexuality, identify your needs, strengthen your sense of choice and agency, and create a sexual life that feels authentic and satisfying to you.
Do you find yourself repeating patterns that leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or frustrated with yourself? Perhaps you've tried to change certain behaviors or ways of relating to others, only to find yourself returning to familiar patterns. Whether you're struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, or the lasting effects of trauma, I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity and a greater understanding of ourselves.
