Therapy with Lived Wisdom
With over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys, I bring more than clinical knowledge—I bring lived understanding. My work is rooted in the mind-body connection, because true healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens in the nervous system, in the body, and in the deeper layers of the self.
Choosing a therapist is a sacred step. If you’re wondering how to choose, I invite you to ask: “Do they do their own work? Have they sat in the depths they’ll be guiding me through?”
I have. I’ve lived the unraveling. I’ve done the deep inner work. And I’ve found my way through.
Now, I offer a steady, compassionate presence to help you find yours. You don’t have to do this alone.
Let me walk with you.
Hello! I'm glad you're here. I am a licensed therapist in Oregon, with 20 years of experience helping people of all ages recognize their own internal strengths in order to achieve the happiness, peace and potential that we all deserve in a kind, direct and thoughtful way. As a counselor, I operate from a humanistic point of view; acknowledging the benefit of self-acceptance and the importance of free-will as paramount. I will see the good and powerful in you, and help you see it too.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I approach counseling as a joint relationship in which you and I collaborate in a supportive, safe environment. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, parenting, and women's issues.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just plain tired of trying to figure everything out on your own. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, or depression makes it hard to find the motivation to get through your day. Perhaps ADHD has you juggling a million things at once, but nothing feels like it's getting done. Maybe you're in the midst of a big change; a new role, shifting family dynamics, or health challenges and you're not sure how to navigate it all. I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone. Life doesn't always go as planned, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to carry. We can find a way forward together.
As a social worker who specializes in mental health, I truly believe that prioritizing one's mental health is an important as one's physical health.
