Hi, I’m Dr. Deneice, DNP, MBA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I am a doctoral-prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and owner of Eden Total Care.
I provide concierge-style virtual psychiatric care for young-feeling adults at any age who are navigating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, PMDD, ADHD, autism-related concerns, mood symptoms, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and diagnostic uncertainty.
My primary role is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I also incorporate supportive therapy, life coaching, and holistic guidance when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and properly treated — not rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis.
Appointment Guide:
• New clients: 40-minute initial assessment
• Returning clients: 20-minute follow-up
• Self-Pay clients: may request longer appointments
Please email or message me before booking an appointment to ensure availability. Limited appointment times are available, and emailing directly is the fastest way to get started.

I have served aging people since I began working, the last 20+ years as a psychologist. Now, having aged into the group, I understand what it is to live with issues of aging, including the family, health and career / retirement issues that go along with that both personally and professionally. I am here to help others write their personalized how-to manual for a happier second half of life.
Hi, I’m Wendy Durant-Nelson, LPC-S, PhD, N.D. New Orleans is home, and for more than 20 years I’ve had the privilege of helping adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My counseling style blends evidence-based care with the warmth, authenticity, and genuine connection that the South is known for; you’ll find a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly heard. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, depression, and women’s issues, using practical, compassionate approaches tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. ⚜️💜💚💛
I work well with anyone who seeks therapy and is ready to work on themselves. I have worked with about every population, culture and age group. Issues that I am best suited to treating include a wide variety of disorders, childhood trauma, addictions, domestic violence, parenting/bonding/interpersonal relationships. I certified in EMDR and expressive arts therapy. I like to offer different forms of expression to my clients in the healing arts. I also give plenty of skill building tools and homework so clients can maximize their progress outside of the weekly sessions. I speak Spanish fluently.
Choosing a therapist takes trust, and I believe you deserve to know who you’re working with.
Although I’m a male therapist, women’s issues have become one of my primary areas of expertise. During nearly eight years of counseling in Lebanon, Oregon, approximately 70% of my clients have been women, many healing from sexual trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and major life transitions. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique struggles many women face while creating a safe, respectful space where they feel heard and supported.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the people who matter most. My role is not only to listen but to help you identify what’s keeping you stuck and equip you with practical tools that create lasting change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, broken trust, communication difficulties, and life transitions. Every person and relationship has a unique story, so I tailor treatment to your specific needs and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
As a husband, father, and therapist, I understand that life isn’t lived from the sidelines. Relationships require intentional effort, parenting can be exhausting, careers bring pressure, and life rarely unfolds as planned.
Together we’ll build on your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies you can apply outside the therapy office. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, equipped, and confident in your ability to move forward.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your marriage, or your family, I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where meaningful change can happen. Healing isn’t about erasing your past—it’s about moving forward without allowing it to define your future.
I have been working in mental health and related fields for 8 years. I started working with teens with ADHD, Autism, intellectual and developmental disorders in schools. I worked with youth who survived trauma for a year before moving to a hybrid program where I've worked with adults and youth from diverse populations including veterans.
