I believe in doing hard things—just not alone. With the right support, the game changes entirely. That’s why I bring Christian values into therapy—not as a rulebook, but as a foundation for becoming who you really want to be. So whether you're struggling with addiction, relationship issues, or life just not feeling as good as it used to, you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I'll be that support for you.

I have worked with many populations and age ranges, I began my own private practice in 2016, where my focus switched primarily from addiction to trauma. I realized that trauma brings on many additional mental health challenges that may be resolved through trauma treatment.
I like to explore modalities with clients that both support and go beyond talk therapy in order to get to the deepest roots of the issues, which tend to lie at the subconscious level.
