Hi, I’m a neurodivergent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. I have specialized training and certifications in ADHD and autism, including advanced experience completing assessments, and I provide both evaluations and ongoing therapy to help clients gain clarity and build strategies that align with how their brains are wired. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and individuals who may have gone undiagnosed or misunderstood, and my work focuses on areas such as ADHD, autism, sensory differences, emotional regulation, identity development, social functioning, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and the effects of past experiences. I also have a special interest in helping women work through self-esteem, body image, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. For couples, I help partners who feel disconnected, caught in recurring conflict, struggling to communicate, or trying to rebuild trust after infidelity.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), and I received my Masters in Social Work at the Ohio State University. During graduate school, I received training in working with eating disorders in the adult partial hospitalization program at The Emily Program. My therapeutic style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Radical Openness Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal-Family Systems, and Humanism.
I believe therapy is a space to find inner peace through courage, curiosity, and compassion. The journey toward peace begins with the willingness to be vulnerable—an act that can feel both brave and frightening. Opening up to another person and turning inward to meet ourselves can stir fear and uncertainty, but it becomes gentler in a space free of judgment and shame. My goal is to create that space, where you can explore at your own pace and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that need care and understanding.
With 12+ years of experience supporting those impacted by trauma and other challenges , I use a body-centered, relational approach. I help clients slow down, tune into their bodies, and notice how the past shapes their present. Through curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion, I guide healing and deeper connection with self and others.
I started my social work journey at an in-patient adult hospital, then moved to intensive community based therapy with children before moving to to my work in private practice. Prior to that, I managed Waffle Houses all over Columbus and served in the US Air Force.

Feeling comfortable in our shoes is essential to a creative and self-fulfilling journey and
life. The struggle to reach out for support can be an obstacle that leads to isolation,
loneliness, anxiety, and depression and is often the first and most challenging step to
take. I congratulate you on your courage and willingness to imagine and hope for
changes that will help you be more comfortable in the shoes that you wear!
I have worked as a mental health practitioner for over 40 years and have encountered
many of the challenges that people face in their daily lives. Along the way, I have
discovered my own creative needs and now walk as a transgender therapist willing to
join you as a partner on a path to self-discovery. Giving voice to our hopes, dreams,
and desires is often an essential part of that journey, and I would be glad to join you as
a partner in your self-discovery and growth.
